By registering with Greener Cleaner you guarantee that you are over 18 and the owner of a valid credit/debit card. Once you have ticked the terms box at the checkout you are entering into a contract with us and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

3. 1. When shopping in euros your transaction will be converted to GBP only when you complete the transaction at the exchange rate of the day.

4. 1. Some goods purchased from Greener Cleaner website will earn Greener Cleaner Loyalty Points. Depending on product price and promotional activity we may award different amounts of points. The following terms and conditions apply to the Loyalty Point scheme:

4. 1. 2. Loyalty Points will only have the option to be allocated to your order when signed into your Loyalty Club account. No Loyalty Points will be earned when an order is placed without logging into your Loyalty Club account.
4. 1. 4. Loyalty Points can only be earned when placing an order via Greener Cleaner website.
4. 1. 5. All Loyalty Points earned will be associated and accumulated against your Loyalty Club account.
4. 1. 6. If a partial or complete order is returned or cancelled then the Loyalty Points earned will be removed from your Loyalty Club account.
4. 1. 7. If a product is replaced with a different product the Loyalty Points for the original product will be replaced with the alternative product’s Loyalty Points at the time of replacement.
4. 1. 8. One Loyalty Point is worth 1p.
4. 1. 9. Loyalty Points can only be redeemed within the website basket when placing an order.
4. 1. 10. When redeeming Loyalty Points the total accumulated points must be used. It is not possible to use your total accumulation in part.
4. 1. 11. The Loyalty Point value cannot be redeemed against delivery, postage and packaging charges.
4. 1. 12. Your total Loyalty Points can be reviewed within your Loyalty Club account or by contacting our customer services team.
4. 1. 13. You may not claim the cash equivalent of your Loyalty Points. You may only claim your Loyalty Points against goods.
4. 1. 14. Loyalty Points need to be used within 13 months of earning them. The date of order will be the start date of this expiry period.
4. 1. 15. Loyalty Points will be removed automatically at the end of 13 month expiry period without confirmation.
